Unlike many oak frame suppliers, our quotes include structural calculations as standard for buildings with a floor area of 30m² or more. This ensures that your design meets all necessary structural regulations and site-specific conditions from the outset. As your frame size, span, or pitch increases, we’ll upgrade the structure accordingly, so you won’t face unexpected costs down the line.

Note: For smaller structures under 30m², structural calculations aren’t included by default but may still be necessary under certain conditions:

• If the structure is part of a larger project (e.g., a development, extension, or renovation) and requires building regulation approval.
• If the structure is intended for public use and needs to meet additional building control standards.
• If the design is more complex than usual, requiring additional structural considerations.
• If the structure is in an area with extreme weather conditions that could affect the design.
• If your project fits one of these scenarios, please let us know early so we can factor in the cost for structural calculations, which is £750 + VAT.

Pick-Up from Our Site: If you’re located nearby or prefer to manage transportation yourself, you have the option to pick up your oak frame kit directly from our site in East Sussex. This option allows you to save on delivery costs and gives you the flexibility to arrange transport at your convenience.

Delivery to Your Site: For customers who prefer the convenience of delivery, we can arrange for the oak frame kit to be delivered directly to your location. The delivery cost will vary depending on your project’s specific requirements, such as your location, the size and weight of the kit, and any access considerations at your site.
