In order to ensure a swift resolution please state:
- Sales invoice number
- Description and details of the complaint
Oak Frames Direct will endeavour to promptly respond to and resolve any complaint or dispute. In the unlikely event that a response is not received within 5 working days, please send a second request for the attention of The Production Manager.
It is our intention to resolve any dispute fairly, amicably and to the satisfaction of all parties concerned at the earliest opportunity.
