Brief and Design Consultation
Whether you’re working from initial concept sketches or detailed technical drawings, we make it easy to get started. Simply send us your specifications (either your own or by using one of our Online Builders), and our experienced CAD design team will translate them into build-ready plans. These will then be engineered to meet your project requirements and Building Regulations.
Sign-Off and Manufacturing
Once you’re happy with the design and have put down the 20% deposit, we move quickly into production. Every frame is cut using our machinery in our workshop, ensuring millimetre precision, consistency, and tight joint tolerances throughout. Details are hand-finished by experienced craftsmen.
We only use professionally graded green oak or Douglas-fir, and every piece is professionally graded and inspected throughout the process. This means no surprises, no on-site rework, and no quality compromises.
Nationwide Delivery
From final drawing sign-off, your made-to-measure frame kit will be delivered to your site within 6 to 8 weeks, or even faster for smaller or standard designs. All kits arrive complete with:

We offer a low-cost planning drawing service for those who need it for submission to local authorities. These contain all the details to give your planning application the best chance of success. The fees are inclusive of VAT and refundable when you purchase the oak frames you need from us.

Our Timber Materials
Every frame begins with our raw material, green oak or Douglas-fir sourced
from sustainable forests in France. These are managed sites that we’ve
worked with for decades. Their raw materials are manually graded for the
first time upon reaching our workshops, and will be recycled if they don’t meet
our visual or structural standards.
Designed for Real-World Conditions
All of our frames are designed using Eurocode specifications, meaning
we account for the specific conditions of your site location. That includes:

- Wind load and structural stress
- Orientation and usage purpose
